BRAINSTORMING & PLANNING
Prior to initiating any schematic design, we like to perform a series of coordination meetings with all project design disciplines/consultants to explore performance and functional objectives that could impact building orientation, set-backs, material selections, and local Santa Cruz and Watsonville building codes.
PERMITING & DESIGN
We work hand in hand with the architects, engineers, and local building inspectors/departments in order to balance different architectural qualities. Our decades of experience has allowed us to finish even complicated building designs with the ease that our many returning clients have come to love.
COMPLETION & MAINTENANCE
In addition to our large ground up projects we accommodate small to modest sized projects for our customers. Whether it’s a simple paint and carpet job or a full interior renovation, Scott Vitali General Construction will bring the same quality and experience to our smaller projects as we do to our larger projects.
